Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or damaged products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.

  • Personal care, cosmetic, or hygiene products that have been opened or used.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's provided bank account or mobile wallet.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos or videos of the product.

  • A brief description of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy above.
